Creation time limit

I was thinking that maybe we should have a time limit on character creations? Like, if you post a work in progress or one that needs to be edited, you have to have it finished within such a time and that would probably help the staff and other members so they don't get a character declined or the topic tosses.

Just a thought since a lot of us are busy and may need some time for characters and such.

Trill and I have a linent one, not set in stone. If the thread has been untouced fo a week or so the memeber is pmed and a post is made in the thread. After few days if nothing has happened the character gets moved to the declined subboard.
